Diana was invaluable to helping us to rent out our unit. She handled every aspect of our rental process, including advertising, identifying prospective tenants, scheduling all showings, and even helping us identify the right tenant to ultimately rent our place to. More behind the scenes, she decorated our place to provide the the most optimal and homey presentation for viewings. She also handled all correspondence and paperwork with the tenants, the management company, as well as the local housing inspector to have our unit ready to be rented out. Even though she lived relatively far from the unit, she had no issues making trips over there to handle any little issue that came up. She is such a superstar, we were able to find a tenant within a week of getting her on board.
