The sale was complicated by the fact that we were located overseas. She not only helped sort out the paperwork, but also introduced us to people in her network who effectively helped with all matters of the purchase from Legal, to handyman, to cleaners, to organizations that would take stuff out of our house as donations. Despite some challenges during the sale process, Diana remained positive. In short, she gave the confidence that we can close the deal, and, in my view, above and beyond her responsibilities to make it happen.
