This client purchased an investment property and needed it furnished asap and within a budget. We worked together to furnish the whole house with only ready to ship furniture & in stock items.
Since this property was targeting traveling nurses, we wanted to make sure each bedroom had a work space, and designed some different areas in the house where tenants can relax and have their own space. Here is one of the bedrooms I designed.
The challenge with the bedrooms was that they were are on the small side. We wanted to include the largest bed possible so got creative with space and only added furniture that was functional or could serve dual purposes. The theme was Industrial Farmhouse, but also making sure the rooms were gender neutral in design.
Next up is the kitchen!
I love when clients send me the “after” photo. It’s so fun to see what items they ended up buying from the suggested list, and how the space looks. With the Mini & Full design package, I send clients a design board with a clickable shopping list.
Living Room
Next is the Living Room which I love! With just a few pieces, the room really looks so put together. I love the mix of wood tones too, which give it a nice cozy and warm feel.
